Internship Program/ “Job Shadow Program” From ACCA New England
Student Outplacements from local HVACR Training Institutes
At regular intervals throughout the year, ACCA members have the opportunity to work with an HVAC technician in training or a recent graduate. The students come at no cost or obligation and are have a high degree of HVAC training under their belts through their enrollment at a local trade school. The outplacement gives you the contractor an opportunity to see first hand the student’s on-the-job performance, which can help make a hiring decision in the future.
